Our Team
Michael Garza CPA, Partner
Michael established his full-service accounting and consulting firm in 1985 and serves individuals and businesses in San Antonio and surrounding areas. He is in charge of the firm's Tax division and oversees audit clients with a primary emphasis on not-for-profit audits. He has more than 30 years of accounting experience providing tax compliance services to individuals, corporations, and partnerships. He has represented clients in a wide-range of industries including Physicians, Dentists, Attorneys, Not-for-Profit Organizations, Religious Entities,Restaurants, Certified Development Companies-SBA 504 loans and Retail. Michael received his BBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1977. He earned his CPA designation in 1980.
Yolanda Force, Senior Accountant
Yolanda is our Senior Accountant. She joined our Staff in 2000 and serves as head bookkeeper and tax preparer skilled in a variety of tax related services. Her experience includes federal and state tax return filingsfor individuals and businesses and payroll filings. A native from San Antonio, Yolanda graduated from the University of Incarnate Word in 2000 with a MBA.
Christopher Garza, Stafff Accountant
Chris joined our staff in 2008. He attended Texas Christian University, Texas State, and the University of Texas in San Antonio earning a BBA in 2006. He is currently working in the Audit Department.
Our Team
Monica Swenson, Manager
Monica joined our firm in 2016. She graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Master of Business Administration, Emphasis in Finance. She is responsible for performing audit, reviews and compilation engagements of financial statements and other financial projects required by clients and tax return preparation and research.
Frances Garza, Office Manager
Frances joined our firm in 1999. A native from San Antonio, Frances graduated from the University of San Antonio in 1977 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She is our Office Manager.

Hurricane Harvey Tax Relief
IRS is providing help to victims of Hurricane Harvey. Special Tax relief and assistance is available to taxpayers in the Presidential Disaster Areas. In The San Antonio and surrounding Areas, Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, and Travis Counties.
For Tax Year 2016 E-File closes on November 18, 2017. After that Disaster Victims and Others need to Paper File their Return.
